Script to screen, unattended
AnimationStudio turns a one-paragraph series brief into finished three-minute episodes. A local LLM writes the series bible, per-episode scripts and shot lists; Qwen Image Edit and FLUX draw the keyframes with character identity locked to reference sheets; LTX 2.5 animates each keyframe into a clip with sound; music and narration are mixed in and the episode is cut automatically.
Quality gates instead of hope
- A vision model counts the cast of every frame — missing, duplicated or uninvited characters send the frame back
- Identity checks (hair, outfit, ears, wings, scale) are generated from each character's own description
- A frame that fails its gates never reaches video; a video older than its frame is re-rendered
- Every rule is series-agnostic: a new show inherits the whole safety net on day one
Two series exist so far: a ten-episode Peter Pan and a small workshop tale about a mouse mechanic and a shy toaster robot, which was produced end-to-end without a single hand-written rule to prove the pipeline generalises.
